Made-to-Order Policy
All of our products are custom-made to order. You have 24 hours after placing your order to request changes. After this window, your order will begin processing, and we cannot offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. Please double-check your order details before finalizing.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at paintpartyprinting@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.
Returns
Because each item is made to order, returns are not accepted except in cases of damage or defect. All return situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
